It's called " MONTAGNA ACCESSIBILE " il progetto realizzato dall'associazione SportABILI Onlus di Predazzo, con il sostegno della Provincia autonoma di Trento, che è stato presentato presso la sede di piazza Dante.
Il progetto ha prodotto la raccolta e catalogazione di quattordici percorsi tra malghe e rifugi delle Dolomiti con difficoltà superabili da una persona in carrozzina, anche elettrica, meglio se accompagnata. La cartografia degli itinerari è diventata una cartina ed è disponibile anche on-line. Alla presentazione hanno partecipato l'assessore provinciale all'istruzione e sport Marta Dalmaso, la presidente dell'associazione SportABILI Onlus Iva Berasi ed inoltre gli atleti Gianluigi Rosa di Lavis e Gianluca Cavalieri di Vigolo Vattaro that recently, the Sledge Hockey team, won the gold medal at the European Championship held in Sweden. Secondo gli esperti praticare discipline sportive è per il diversamente abile un fondamentale fattore di recupero fisico, funzionale e sociale, un elemento di inclusione e di partecipazione alla vita comunitaria. L’attività sportiva permette inoltre al disabile di riaffermare la “propria piena autonomia”.
