Scorie completamente ingestibili, poiché risulta materialmente impossibile determinare la sicurezza dei siti di stoccaggio delle stesse, dovendo ragionare su grandezze temporali nell’ordine delle decine di migliaia di anni….

Le scuole dell’infanzia del Comune di Torino perciò non vedranno nemmeno un euro.
c) per rafforzare quanto disposto dall’art. 2, al fine di aggirare le competenze degli enti locali per edilizia scolastica, si affida alla Regione la competenza in materia.
