Faced with this situation which is in the region?

Le scuole dell’infanzia del Comune di Torino perciò non vedranno nemmeno un euro.

c) per rafforzare quanto disposto dall’art. 2, al fine di aggirare le competenze degli enti locali per edilizia scolastica, si affida alla Regione la competenza in materia.
