enough public money to private schools!

M entre Tremonti Gelmini and cut the essential resources of public schools, is preparing a regional law for private schools private finance: know and let's say a clear NO!

The public school situation is dramatic, the staff was drastically reduced , of the training plans were not funded, the ' elimination of hours of co-teachers prevents recovery activities for students in difficulty teaching laboratory and the same fundamental values \u200b\u200bof preparation aspects of the various vocational skills in secondary schools, the number of pupils per class, many students with disabilities are often forced into part-time, lack the resources for emergency in order to overcome the architectural barriers and implement the safety of school buildings ...

Faced with this situation which is in the region?

June 15 was presented to the Regional Council of Piedmont Proposed Law 20 of 06.15.2010, signed by Vignale and other "Changes to the regional law 28, December 28, 2007 (Regulations on education, the right to education and free choice of education). " This is the concrete expression of the commitment during the election campaign by Cota and around the center-right to change the law on worse "right to education and freedom of choice in education" launched by the previous center-left majority.

What is it in practice?

a) Article 1 provides that the " benefits provided by art. 12 paragraph 1 letter to [...] grants for study enrollment and attendance " that public money is going to cover the cost of tuition fees of private schools are now on directly managed by the Region, so as to eliminate control that local authorities could exercise. These figures are significant when one considers that for the 2008/2009 school year applications were accepted and funded for a total of 10,463 €. 10,741,884.

37, che stabilisce la ripartizione dei finanziamenti previsti dalla legge ( trentacinque percent support for the supply of education and the right to learn and sixty-five percent support for interventions to support families, of which forty percent of private schools for students), you want to have a free hand to move, from one expenditure item to another, the already inadequate resources devoted to public school students to private schools.
In summary, we are faced with a blatant intervention, clearly ideological, to move a lot of resources, in the order of tens of millions of euro, to private schools to enable them to renovate the structures, lower fees Registration e frequenza  per accrescere  l’appetibilità.
