L'attuale legge elettorale, con cui è andata al potere la coalizione che ora è all'opposizione e che non ha pensato di abrogare nemmeno quando era al potere, è palesemente illegittima (anti-costituzionale), da sottoporre quindi alla Corte Costituzionale (art. 134 Cost.)

L'art. 56 comma 1 della Costituzione italiana states

"The Chamber of Deputies is elected by direct universal suffrage."

Article. 58 paragraph 1 of the Italian Constitution states:

"The senators are elected by direct universal suffrage by voters who passed the twenty-fifth birthday."

The context referred to in paragraph 1 of art. 58 makes it even more clear the concept is not explicit art. 56, or that the deputies and senators are elected (not even nominated and chosen) citizens, men and women (not by the parties and / or coalitions of parties, or who do not know exactly within them / e) DIRECTLY (ie the elections through the ballot) and not indirectly through precisely the parties or coalitions of parties.

Possono al di fuori delle loro sedi istituzionali, essendo normali cittadini e neutrali - non fecenti parte del sistema politico, rivolgersi ad altro giudice per presentare una querela? Se un giudice viene derubato a chi presenta una querela? A se stesso? O si può rivolgere ad altro giudice e comunque al Tribunale?

Se siete d'accordo che possa farlo un qualsiasi giudice onesto, quindi, potrebbe fare quanto descritto al punto 1.
