This note is for citizens flying over the point that should be of interest but before anything a democratic nation and a people that believes that it is not subject (but it is in effect).
paragraph 2 of art. 1 of the Constitution states Italian"Sovereignty belongs to the people who exercise it in forms and limits of the Constitution. "
now I'm tired of repeating that among the forms (plural term) is also provided for the action of 50,000 voters (non-elected ) which may THEM! propose to Parliament a draft law (paragraph 2, art. 71 of the Constitution).
A bill must be debated and amended by eventalmente special parliamentary committees that have received, NOT COMPLETELY IGNORED , and, logically, should be discussed with those who proposed (city delegation including the proponents / authors of the bill).
now address a question to all Italians:
many bills the people, through the 50,000 signatures required, put in 63 years of the Constitution to the Parliament?

Apart from this particular bill, how many other bills of citizens' initiative presented pursuant to art. 71 of the Constitution were submitted to the Italian Parliament in 63 years?
- How many have been discussed?
- THAT ANSWERS ARE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS AND SUPPORTERS OF CITIZENS bill?
- THAT INFORMATION THROUGH THE MEDIA HAVE GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE?
Conclusions:
If it is so difficult to understand that:
between left and right there is no difference on what is their concept concerning the most important principle of a democratic nation, or , "sovereignty belongs to the people" ... concept that ALL elected politicians of any party or coalition REJECTION is a problem of people!
We are more than clear in proposing what our Constitution provides for 63 years but has been misapplied and poorly regulated.
